“In our opinion, the most important quality to have in your agent is trust. Yes, they must be experienced, patient, and willing to put in the effort but if you can’t trust them with the sale or purchase of your home you have a huge risk that you will not be happy with the transaction. Agents are a dime a dozen and finding a quality A+ agent takes time and can be very stressful. The sale of our home was extremely complicated because we were not living in the US at the time of the sale. We initiated the sale of the home while still living in Orange County but due to work we could not be available in the US during the escrow period.

Not only being out of the country made the sale more difficult but my job during this period was extremely stressful and we didn’t have much time to deal with all the details. Flunda handled all of the many issues during the sale on our behalf. Flunda was extremely patient with helping us to understand the circumstance with the sale of our house (due to buyer issues) and having to deal with a prolonged escrow that she helped to negotiate to our favor. In addition, Flunda had to work around a 15hr time zone difference between CA and Singapore.
